• Booking Requirements: To initiate a booking, please reach out to SeeDomni. Our team will gather necessary information and create an account for you. All bookings are subject to Host approval and confirmation.
• Payment Process: Payments for bookings are processed through our trusted and secure payment gateway partner, ShopDM Pay. Full payment or a deposit may be required, depending on the cancellation policy of the property.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards and debit cards.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Each property has its own cancellation policy. Please review the policy before making a booking. SeeDomni does not provide refunds outside the terms set by the property owners. However, a full refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled by the host.

As a guest using our platform, you are responsible for:

• Accurate Information: Providing truthful and accurate information during the booking process.
• Property Care: Treating the property and its contents with respect and care during your stay.
• House Rules: Adhering to the specific house rules set by the property owner.
• Communication: Maintaining clear communication with SeeDomni and responding to important messages.

Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay:

• Damage Assessment: Property owners will inspect the property after each stay.
• Financial Responsibility: Guests will be charged for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Security Deposit: May be required and will be held until property inspection is complete.
• Documentation: All damage must be documented with photos and detailed descriptions.
