Refund Policy

At SeeDomni, we strive to ensure fair and transparent refund processes for both our guests and hosts. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

Each property listed on SeeDomni has its own cancellation policy set by the host. These policies can vary from flexible to strict. Guests are required to review and agree to the specific cancellation policy of their chosen property before making a booking.

Cancellation due to guest violation: If a guest violates SeeDomni's terms of service, or the specific rules and regulations of the property, the host reserves the right to cancel the booking without providing a refund.

Cancellation for other reasons: If the host cancels a booking for any reason other than guest violations, they are required to provide a full refund to the guest.

If a guest finds that the accommodation significantly differs from what was advertised or doesn't meet reasonable expectations, the following steps should be taken:

  1. The guest must notify SeeDomni and the host within 24 hours of check-in, providing clear documentation (e.g., photos, videos) of the discrepancies.
  2. The host will be given an opportunity to address and resolve the issues within a reasonable timeframe, typically 24-48 hours.
  3. If the issues cannot be resolved to the guest's satisfaction, SeeDomni will review the case and may offer the following options:
    • Assist in finding alternative accommodation of equal or greater value at no additional cost to the guest.
    • Provide a partial refund commensurate with the nature and duration of the issues experienced.
    • In severe cases, offer a full refund and assist in relocating the guest.

Please note: Minor discrepancies or subjective preferences (e.g., decor choices, minor wear and tear) typically do not qualify for refunds under this clause.

In the event that a full or partial refund is due, the following process will be followed:

  1. SeeDomni will initiate the refund process within 24 hours of the decision.
  2. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
  3. Depending on the guest's bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in their account.

Please note: SeeDomni booking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.

In case of any disputes regarding the accommodation or refunds:

  1. Guests should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the host.
  2. If no resolution is reached within 24 hours, or the guest was unable to contact the host, guests can contact SeeDomni's customer support for assistance.
  3. SeeDomni will review the case, mediate between the guest and host, and make a final decision based on the evidence provided and our policies.
  4. Both guests and hosts agree to abide by SeeDomni's final decision in such disputes.

We encourage open and respectful communication between guests and hosts to resolve issues quickly and amicably.

In extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, global health crises), SeeDomni may override standard cancellation policies. In such cases, we will communicate any changes or exceptions clearly to all affected parties.
